Mistaken Identity: Episodes 22-28

I’m figuring out part of the problem. I’ve had Gmail since being a beta tester in April 2004, but in October 2005 a trademark dispute caused Gmail in the U.K. to become “Googlemail”. So there’s some glitch whereby emails addressed to [email protected] come to me at [email protected].

Thing is, I don’t know how to fix that. I wish Google was as alert as some companies (Outlook and Buzzlogic and Plaxo, I’m talking to you) to who’s talking about them in this whole blogosphere Twitterverse place. I’ve tried to find someone to explain this to, but the Google monolith remains silent and implacable.
