Chameleon.

On Pamie’s blog, Dan talks about karma. The gist of it is, there’s work, there’s housing, and there’s love, and it all always adds up to 100%, but in shifting portions. So, if work is going fantastic, housing and love will be sucky. If love and work are both great, housing will really, really suck.

I totally buy this. Try it on yourself. I bet it works.

Currently:
Work… 35% (busy and interesting, but still feeling sort of outsiderey)
Housing… 20% (no rent and near work, but echoey, drafty, unfriendly, mousey and buggy)
Love… 45% (the Boy!)
