APADIA 15: Shine

I just signed up for these daily texts from a company called Shine.

They say “chill, grow, hustle, play” and promise to give you a little daily boost with “research-backed advice on self-care, joy, all the things.”

Cheesy, but I’m into it – especially because “shine” is one of my favorite words.
